Newly updated reference for Alula!

I wanted to emphasize his abilities with cool, pleasing colors, and the ethereal air around his general design. He’s a incredibly gifted healer, one of the last few that still survive. He has no recollection about anything of his past, or who/what he was. He’d washed ashore on Delos, near Hiko’s family’s inn years ago, and they basically adopted him into their family.

Delos is a hot, tropical island, so he wears many layers of light clothing to cover as much skin as possible, considering his incredibly delicate complexion. Hiko and the natives of the island are deeply tanned with very rich, beautifully colored skin. Alula doesn’t go outside much, so he’s managed to stay incredibly pale during the years he’s lived there.

Should be noted that He can also pull his sash up over his head and wear it as a hood when he ventures out into open air.

I like to think that Hiko prefers him really pale, because of how rare it is to see someone that lightly colored. And that Hana calls him her little pearl, or something ridiculously sweet like that.

Personality wise he’s very shy and somber when you initially meet him, but he’ll quickly warm up to you and acts like a completely different person; a very bright, pleasing person.
